The team here at Laine Home believes that the most exciting part of purchasing homewares online is the moment it arrives at your doorstep. Delivery of your new homeware products are done with great care at Laine Home.

Orders are processed during standard business hours (Mon-Fri, 8am-4pm) and will typically be dispatched within 2 business days. If you are based in the North Island your order will typically arrive within 1-2 business days from dispatch. For South Island deliveries, delivery is generally 2-3 business days from dispatch. Please allow an additional 2 days to these times for all rural deliveries. If your order is placed outside business hours, your order will be processed the following business day.

Orders made on weekends and public holidays will be dispatched the next business day.

RETURNS INFORMATION

WE UNDERSTAND THAT SOMETIMES A PRODUCT JUST ISN'T RIGHT

Laine Home allow you to return your order within 100 days of the date of purchase for a full refund.

To be eligible for a full refund the items must be unused, unworn, undamaged and unmarked, and in its original box or packaging. You as the customer are responsible for shipping the item back to us at your cost. However, if you wish, we can organise for our courier company to pick the item back up and the freight cost will be deducted out of your refund.
