To be eligible for a full refund the items must be unused, unworn, undamaged and unmarked, and in its original box or packaging. You as the customer are responsible for shipping the item back to us at your cost. Blades are durable, heavy duty and able to be re-sharpened for a lifetime of use. Re-sharpen the knives only when they get blunt.
Always use a plastic or wooden cutting board when using the knives to avoid damaging the blades.
