Mincer Discs:
Discs are perfectly flat and designed to minimise friction
To reduce unnecessary friction, limit the turns without food – food is a natural lubricant.
For hard food, start with the coarse mincing grid in combination with small pieces, before switching to fine grid for the final result. It will significantly ease your mincing.
For ease of use and better results, use cold food from the fridge.

Plunger:
Use the plunger base to scrape the inside of the hopper or to guide the food.
Do not apply too much pressure while mincing. It would make the mincing more difficult.
Can also be used to store mincer discs
