The Scanpan Impact 26cm (11L) Stockpot is a generously sized stainless steel stockpot built for serious soup-making, big-batch stews and family-sized pasta dinners. Ideal for heating and serving in one pot, this large stockpot combines genuine cooking performance with everyday practicality in the kitchen.

An optimal 6.4mm thick bonded base ensures excellent, even heat distribution across the whole pot, while a stainless-steel band around the handles helps prevent heat loss and makes the pot comfortable and safe to handle, even when full. Clever design means the interior stays hot for longer than many other stockpots, keeping soups and stews at serving temperature for longer, while the drip-free pouring rim allows for easy, mess-free serving from any angle. A tempered glass lid lets you keep an eye on what's cooking without lifting the lid and losing heat, and the mirror-polished interior includes handy capacity markings for easier measuring while cooking.

Suitable for all cooktops, including induction, and oven-safe to 220°C with the lid or 250°C without, this stockpot offers genuine flexibility from stovetop to oven. Care Instructions

Before First Use
Wash the pan in hot soapy water with a nylon cloth/brush. Do not use harsh scourers

Routine Cleaning
After cooking, do not put cold water in hot pan. Wait until cool, remove all food and fat residue using hot soapy water and nylon cloth/brush. Heat tint or streak marks can be caused by excessive high heat. Do NOT use excessive high heat. To remove streak marks, mix 2 table spoons of bi-carb soda with water to create a paste. Apply the paste with a soft cloth in circular motion, then rinse off as normal
Whilst the range is dishwasher safe, handwashing is recommended to extend the life of the product. For even better results, use the SCANPAN Steel and Copper Cleaner for an "as new" finish
