Hand crafted in Denmark from environmentally friendly aluminium comprising 93–96% recycled content, this chef pan brings together sustainability credentials with the exclusive Stratanium non-stick coating Scanpan is known for — a revolutionary surface that combines exceptional non-stick performance, wear resistance, and genuinely reliable frying properties all in one. It's also PFOA free, giving an extra layer of reassurance for everyday family cooking.

With a generous 4.0 litre capacity and even heat distribution built in, this pan handles everything from browning a large batch of mince to searing multiple portions of meat at once, without hot spots or uneven results. It's oven safe to 250°C, meaning it moves effortlessly from stovetop to oven for dishes that need finishing under heat. To be eligible for a full refund the items must be unused, unworn, undamaged and unmarked, and in its original box or packaging. You as the customer are responsible for shipping the item back to us at your cost. Care Instructions

Take care not to overheat the product, this will reduce the non-stick effect
Overheating is not covered by the warranty
Using an aerosol spray is not recommended as it burns at lower temperatures
Heat the product to medium heat for a few minutes before frying either with or without oil
The product is best cleaned when still warm. Leave to cool for 5 minutes before washing in hot water with washing up liquid. Use a soft nylon scourer and vigorously scrub the pan with hot soapy water, ensuring all food fat and residue is removed. Never use harsh or abrasive cloths or cleaning liquids/pastes. The product should always be clean before being dried and stored.
Whilst dishwasher safe, SCANPAN will always recommend hand washing to extend the life of the product.
