This ceramic non-stick sauté pan is built for everything from frittatas and stir-fries to perfectly seared seafood, with a durable, healthy cooking surface at its core.

At the heart of the pan is GreenPan's Thermolon™ ceramic non-stick coating, reinforced with diamonds for exceptional durability and responsive heat performance, and completely free from PFAS, PFOA, lead and cadmium. The duo-forged, hard-anodised aluminium body is pre-treated before hard anodising for extra toughness and scratch resistance, while still promoting fast, even heat distribution across the cooking surface. Gold-tone handles offer a secure, comfortable grip from stovetop to table while adding a touch of elevated style, and a durable glass lid allows you to monitor food as it cooks without losing heat or moisture.

Suitable for all stovetops, including induction, gas and electric, this sauté pan is oven safe up to 220°C for added versatility beyond the hob.
