Furi Capsule Knife Block Set 7 Piece Set Acacia

The Furi Capsule Knife Block Set brings a complete kitchen knife collection together in one elegantly simple package, anchored by a knife block that doubles as a genuine centrepiece for any kitchen. Crafted from rich, carbonised acacia with universal sized slots, the block securely stores all six knives and keeps them in excellent condition for years to come, blending warm, natural styling with practical, everyday function. Standing 37cm tall with a 15.5cm diameter and weighing a substantial 4.37kg, it holds its ground firmly on any benchtop.

Each knife in the set is forged from high performance Japanese stainless steel, delivering the kind of incredible sharpness that makes prep work faster and more precise. The innovative reverse-wedge handle improves grip and control with every cut, while the optimised bolster adds balance and stability through demanding kitchen tasks. Seamless, all stainless steel construction across both blade and handle eliminates food and dirt traps entirely, making the set as easy to keep hygienic as it is to use.

The seven-piece set covers every essential cutting task in the kitchen: an Asian Utility Knife (12cm) and Utility Knife (15cm) for smaller, precise jobs, an East/West Santoku Knife (17cm) for versatile everyday chopping, a Bread Knife (20cm) for clean slicing without crushing, a Cook's Knife (20cm) as the reliable all-rounder, and a Carving Knife (20cm) for effortlessly portioning roasts and larger cuts — all housed within the signature Capsule knife block.

Whether you're building out a first proper knife set or upgrading a well-used kitchen drawer, the Furi Capsule Knife Block Set offers genuine performance, hygienic design, and a striking finishing touch for the benchtop.
